The Interrotron has two different units:

The Director’s Unit is not just a “face to face” unit, it also allows you to evaluate exposure, depth of field, focus, framing, color saturation, etc.

The Talent Unit is a modified, professional teleprompter that is built on a platform. It is also sized to display a human face in the right proportion.

The Mark III model is perfect for children talent because it allows for a “face to face” connection. This model also saves shooting time and money because the first take is usually the best one.

The Mark II has the ability to accept a video signal from a second camera. It also has the ability to calm the talent because you’re able to seen the director’s face in front of the camera lens. The director, however is not able to see the talent.

EyeDirect Rental

The EyeDirect is similar to the Mark III, where the main purpose is to allow the talent and the director to see each other “face to face”, easing tension on the talent to look into the camera. This is the low cost alternative for the Mark III, and is a great option if you are on a tight budget or will be traveling with the unit. .

This unit comes in a fitted Pelican case that weighs around 30 pounds and is a little bigger than a carry-on bag.

Presidential Teleprompter Rental (aka Speech Prompter)

Price: $1295 /10 Hour Day with operator

The Presidential Teleprompter is a device often used for speeches given from behind a podium. This teleprompter is a two way mirrored glass. The audience gets an unobstructed view of the speaker is able to see the reflected text clearly on the glass.

We are called regularly to the United Nations and have worked with many politicians and celebrities such as Michelle Obama and Beyonce.

To go along with the teleprompter we have highly experienced operators who are fully prepared for anything and knows how to work under pressure of a live event. All operators arrive with a backup laptop.

Some speakers and presenters like to walk around the stage or even walk around the audience rather than standing at a podium. If your speaker is known for walking around, then the confidence monitor is the right system. They are small “flat screen” HD monitors that are placed around the venue (on stage, off stage or behind the audience). This gives the speaker freedom to walk around the stage while still having easy access to the script.

iPad Teleprompter Rental / EyePrompt Rental

Available for shipping only. 

The iPad Teleprompter is great for small shoots with low budgets, travel, and/or small scripts.  The EyePrompter folds flat making it easy it to travel with. When it unfolds it sits on a small light stand or low C-stand. These stands are not included but we supply adaptors making it compatible with any prosumer camera.

It is one piece, folds flat so it fits in a small briefcase (great for shipping) and unfolds ready for action in literally less than two minutes.

Podium Prompter (Podium AutoCue)

The Podium Prompter is a thin teleprompter monitor placed on top of the podium out of sight of the audience. The cable is dresses down the inside of the podium and out to the operator off stage.

The speaker just glances down at the top of the podium as if he were simply glancing at notes and then returns his/her gaze to the audience.

This is the most “invisible” of the prompter types for a live performance.

Rise and Fall “Robotic” Presidential Prompter Pair

Occasionally, there is a need for several speakers to share the same podium at a live event.  They may be of varying heights so that the teleprompter may need to be adjusted up or down for each individual.  Having an assistant rush onstage to adjust the prompter height is not a good way to handle this.

Enter the Rise and Fall “Robotic” Presidential Teleprompter.   In rehearsal, our operator sets the height of the two glass “paddles” for optimum comfortable reading level for each speaker.  Then during the live event, he/she robotically adjusts the prompter height from a nearby location.

This unit is available in New York and San Francisco but can be shipped to other cities.  Our Manhattan robotic prompter has served Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Nantucket, Newark, Atlantic City, Hartford, Westchester and the Hamptons.
