Standard Teleprompter Rental (AutoCue)
Price: $945/10 Hour including professional operator
This through the lens teleprompter sits in front of the lens and produces the effect of talent looking into camera while reading a script. This can be found on many video production sets with content addressing the viewer directly, like news sets.
The average set up time is only about twenty minutes. We strongly recommend sending script(s) to your operator before the shoot, however, operators can load and/or make minor edits to the script on set.
Interrotron Mark III Rental
Price: $1195 per 10 Hour Day
The Interrotron Mark III contains a director’s unit and a talent unit. Together, these units allow a director and talent to have a face to face conversation, while also allowing the director to monitor captured footage and the talent to look directly into the camera without feeling intimidated. Both units pull a feed from a camera displaying the other’s live image. The feed is then projected onto glass that is placed in front of the lens, so while the talent sees a face, they are actually looking straight into the camera. The same operates the other way around with the director – who is not only seeing the live camera feed projected onto glass, but also looking into the camera to maintain “eye contact” with the talent.
The Interrotron Mark II only includes the talent unit. It does not come with a director’s unit. While the talent will be able to view the director’s face, the director will not be able to see the talent, but must instead look into a camera to maintain “eye contact” with the talent.

EyeDirect Rental
Price: $250/Day; $750/3 Day Week (please call us at 917.414.5489 for extended rental packages)
Available for shipping.
The EyeDirect is similar to the Mark III, where the main purpose is to allow the talent and the director to see each other “face to face” so that the talent is able to relax.
You are also able to judge body language and speech while still looking directly at the camera lens. This is the budget conscious alternative to the Interrotron Mark III.
This unit comes in a fitted Pelican case (ready for shipping) that weighs around 30 pounds and a little bigger than a carry-on bag.

Presidential Teleprompter Rental (aka Speech Prompter)
Price: $1295/10 Hour Day with operator
The presidential teleprompter consists of two glass panels that are placed on either side of a podium. Although the speaker simply directs his/her attention to the glass, it looks as if they are maintaining eye contact with the audience. The audience, in turn is unable to see the text projected onto the glass, but rather a clear and unobstructed view of the speaker. This unit is very popular for live events such as conferences, political speeches, award ceremonies and graduations.

Robotic / Rise & Fall Presidential Teleprompter Rental
Confidence Monitor
Price: $945/10 Hour Day with operator
Please call Bill Milling at 917.414.5489 to discuss multiple monitor rentals and unique set ups.
The confidence monitor is an alternative to the presidential prompter and allows the speaker to move around the stage while still having accessibility to the script. The monitor(s) can be placed on stage, off stage or at the back of the house behind the audience. This is a useful tool for events with “Ted Talk” type set ups, seated panels discussions/interviews, and concerts.
iPad Teleprompter Rental/EyePrompter Rental
Price: $95/Day without iPad; $295/Day with iPad (please call Bill at 917.414.5489 for extended rental packages)
Available for shipping only.
The iPad Teleprompter is great for small productions, tight budgets, and productions with small scripts. Just note that although the iPad software can be controlled using an iPhone, it is impossible or difficult (lag) to control the speed once entered into prompter mode.
The EyePrompter is a one-piece setup that folds flat making it easy it to travel with. When it unfolds it sits on a small light stand or low C-stand. These stands are not included but we supply adaptors to make it compatible with any camera.

Podium Prompter (Podium AutoCue)
Price: $745/10 Hour Day with operator
The podium prompter is considered to be the most invisible for live performance. The teleprompter is a small monitor, which is situated on top of the podium, with a cable run down the inside of the lectern and to the prompter operator. The speaker will glance down occasionally, making it look they’re reading notes, then glance back up at the audience.
Rise and Fall “Robotic” Presidential Prompter Pair
Occasionally, there is a need for several speakers to share the same podium at a live event. They may be of varying heights so that the teleprompter may need to be adjusted up or down for each individual. Having an assistant rush onstage to adjust the prompter height is not a good way to handle this.
Enter the Rise and Fall “Robotic” Presidential Teleprompter. In rehearsal, our operator sets the height of the two glass “paddles” for optimum comfortable reading level for each speaker. Then during the live event, he/she robotically adjusts the prompter height from a nearby location.
This unit is available in New York and San Francisco but can be shipped to other cities. Our Manhattan robotic prompter has served Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Nantucket, Newark, Atlantic City, Hartford, Westchester and the Hamptons.
