Because the Speech Teleprompter is usually leased for high profile live events, our operators work with talent to bring out their best performance. Our operators can alter their Presidential Teleprompter’s text-scrolling speed with that of the speaker. They also work with talent beforehand to make sure they are comfortable and ready.
Rise and Fall “Robotic” Presidential Prompter Pair
Occasionally, there is a need for several speakers to share the same podium at a live event. They may be of varying heights so that the teleprompter may need to be adjusted up or down for each individual. Having an assistant rush onstage to adjust the prompter height is not a good way to handle this.
Enter the Rise and Fall “Robotic” Presidential Teleprompter. In rehearsal, our operator sets the height of the two glass “paddles” for optimum comfortable reading level for each speaker. Then during the live event, he/she robotically adjusts the prompter height from a nearby location.
This unit is available in New York and San Francisco but can be shipped to other cities. Our Manhattan robotic prompter has served Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Nantucket, Newark, Atlantic City, Hartford, Westchester and the Hamptons.

While we have both large and small teleprompters, our primary rental unit is the Autocue Professional Series 12″.
It’s an extremely versatile and reliable machine designed for demanding “real world” broadcast studio and location shoots.
The copy is clear and easily readable in bright sunlight. To do this, a monitor must produce a minimum of 1000 Nits (Nits is the industry’s brightness standard). Our precision machines feature an outstanding 1600 Nits!
Confidence Monitor Rentals
$945 – Two or three small 19″ downstage monitors are placed low at the lip of the stage. The speaker or performer can then walk about without ever being far from catching sight of the text or lyrics. This configuration works well for singers which is why Confidence Monitors are often called Rock ‘n Roll monitors. We sometimes disguise them as audio speakers.
$945 – One or two larger monitors 32″ to 36″ are placed just off the stage. This makes the monitors invisible to the audience but does require the singer or speaker to occasionally glance back into the wings rather than into the audience.
